Assembler - 2nd Shift

Summary Of Position
Responsible for all activities for quality operations of Metal Case Assembly.

Essential Functions

Assembly of metal cases, including insertion of rivets, brackets, and miscellaneous hardware.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation.

Testing, inspection, and packaging of product.

Metal finishing, prototype running, and other metal case production work.

Other duties as assigned.

Provide training to others once competency is demonstrated.

Experience/Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.

Skills

Good hand and eye coordination.

Ability to read blueprints, use calipers, and micrometers.

Physical Demands And Work Environment
The job requires standing, walking, sitting, handling tools and materials, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional climbing. The employee must be able to pull or push up to 25 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds. Work takes place in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Compensation
Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: $40,000

Salary Maximum: $45,000

Incentive: No
