About The Role
Location: Sugar Notch, PA, Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + $100 Weekly Attendance Bonus
Wren Kitchens USA is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Trainee Machine Operators in our Sugar Notch manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing—no prior machine operating experience required. You’ll receive hands-on training and support as you learn to operate state-of-the-art equipment used in the production of high-quality kitchen components.
Responsibilities
Learn to safely operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
Load and unload materials onto machines and production lines
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
No prior machine operating experience required—training provided
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable attendance and punctuality (required to qualify for weekly bonus)
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including being able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs
