We are seeking dedicated and reliable Construction Workers to support a large-scale industrial development project located at Liberty American Manufacturing Park (LAMP) in Liberty, Texas.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure and manufacturing project while working in a professional, safety-focused construction environment. Candidates with experience in construction or industrial job sites who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general construction labor and support activities on an active industrial project site
Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation as required
Work alongside skilled trades such as electricians, welders, plumbers, and carpenters
Follow all established safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and fellow crew members
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or similar field environments required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment
Strong reliability, professionalism, and teamwork skills
