PAC Worldwide is looking for talented Machine Operators with manufacturing experience. This position is not a forklift role. Machine Operators are essential to maintaining smooth production operations at our manufacturing plant.

What does a Machine Operator do?
Understand machine mechanics (unwind, knives, rollers, web, etc.)
Understand materials used in the manufacturing process
Apply basic concepts for producing protective packaging and conduct basic troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis related to machine operation and quality issues
Set up or changeover the machine with minimal supervision following standard work procedures
Perform necessary machine power/startup, setup, changeovers, shift turnovers, and power‑down procedures with supervision or assistance
Read and comprehend work orders
Accurately complete the “First Off Check Sheet”
Produce product to work order specifications
Complete quality check sheet at the required frequency

What are the qualifications required?
Must have machine operator experience from raw material to finished product state or an appropriate alternative
Ability to understand and perform machine‑specific preventative maintenance
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalency
At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired
Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis
