Premier Property Maintenance Technician

Crown Residential is looking for a Service Technician to maintain the luxurious appearance and safety of our Oakland Park community. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and EPA Section 608 HVAC Type I certification, with strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, as well as preparing vacant apartments for residents. A valid driver's license is needed, and the role may require coverage on weekends or outside regular hours.
