Position
Engineering Technician – Austin, TX (onsite). 18‑month contract with potential hire. Pay: $25–$26 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Perform testing and maintenance on Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
Support engineers and scientists in R&D and production environments
Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities
Assist in setup and qualification of new semiconductor equipment
Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, robotics, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment
Adherence to safety protocols and flexibility with shifts
