Our client, an advanced manufacturing and technology organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Efficiency Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Efficiency Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Engineering department supporting maintenance, production, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Study and analyze time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish standard production rates
Evaluate maintenance, production, and clerical operations to recommend process improvements
Analyze blueprints and electrical schematics to support electro‑mechanical manufacturing activities
Lead or direct the work of others while supporting daily operational goals
Perform detailed documentation and reporting to support operational decisions
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent with 4–6 years of relevant experience
Strong experience with electro‑mechanical systems and blueprint/schematic analysis
Proficiency in J‑standard soldering (new and rework) on printed circuit boards
Experience manufacturing and repairing cables, harnesses, and fabricating test boxes
Computer repair experience and the ability to perform complex, hands‑on technical tasks
