Job Title

Location: Ashland City, TN
Welders are needed on 2nd shift. This role involves fabricating and welding steel materials from start to finish in a production environment. Training is provided during the first few weeks, making this a great opportunity for both entry-level and experienced welders.
Key Responsibilities
Weld steel materials to construct finished products from start to completion
Perform welding tasks in confined or tight spaces
Collaborate with material handlers to ensure smooth production flow
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core processes
Maintain strong attendance and adhere to all workplace policies
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and facility guidelines

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.30 – $24.12/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
