Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) to provide private duty nursing care to a 5-month-old male client in Westminster, SC. This precious little one is a former 26-week premature infant preparing to transition home from the hospital. This role requires a compassionate, skilled nurse comfortable working with medically fragile infants in a home setting.
Availability Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to a medically fragile infant in the home setting
Manage and monitor gastrostomy tube (GT) feedings and care
Monitor and manage low flow nasal cannula (LFNC) oxygen as needed
Assess and document client condition and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the family to ensure continuity and consistency of care
Support a safe and nurturing environment for the client
Requirements
Active LPN or RN license in South Carolina
Experience with GT feedings required
NICU, pediatric, or neonatal nursing experience strongly preferred
Experience with LFNC oxygen management preferred
Reliable transportation to Westminster, SC (Oconee County)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Compensation $30–$40 per hour, commensurate with licensure and experience
Start Date Immediate — client is expected to discharge home from the hospital within the next week
