Dental Hygienist
New Dental Practice coming to Surfside Beach, SC – Dental Care on Beaver Run! We are looking for full‑time Dental Hygienists to build our new hygiene team. Our construction will be completed in July 2026, while we are hiring now to train and work together at a nearby location. We will be located at: 2641 Beaver Run Blvd, Surfside Beach, SC 29575.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
New graduates are welcome
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patients’ needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
Clinical experience as required by office
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office, doctor, or Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year
Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions; this must be completed prior to starting employment
