Responsibilities
Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Travels’ mission and values. Provides direct care and delegates and supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, utilizes professional skills, fulfills hospital role responsibilities, and develops specialty clinical expertise.

Position Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises LPNs, CNAs, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

Minimum Qualifications

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.

Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

At least 1 year of acute care experience (strongly preferred).

Ability to project a professional image.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Working knowledge of computers and software applications used in job functions.

Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.

Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor.

Current, valid, and active driver’s license.

Additional certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).

Vaccinations & Screening
Vibra follows federal and state vaccination requirements, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have varying vaccine or screening requirements.
