Occupational Therapist- Acute Rehab
Description
Conducts and documents patient evaluation per physician referral, develops a plan of care for each patient across the age continuum (pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric)
Implements treatment plan per physician referral and evaluation results, across the age continuum
Provides formal and informal teaching of patient and family in the role of therapy and the patient's disability and needs
Supports department activities which influence accreditation by outside agencies, such as quality assurance, peer review
Experience/Qualifications
Graduate of accredited professional program in Occupational Therapy
Current GA license
BCLS certified
