Front Desk Coordinator
Call Center Representative
Billing & Insurance Coordinator

Front Desk Responsibilities
Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
Check patients in and check patients out
Schedule and confirm appointments
Collect payments and review treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate patient records
Help create a positive, 5-star patient experience
Call Center Responsibilities
Answer patient and referral calls
Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and referring offices
Support smooth daily office flow
Billing & Insurance Responsibilities
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Submit and follow up on insurance claims
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim processing
Assist patients with billing and insurance questions
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a medical or dental office preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional communication
Attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
