Full Time
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for day shifts. The COTA is responsible for assisting the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs and administering the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.

Responsibilities
Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing individual treatment programs.
Administer the occupational therapy treatment program as directed by the Occupational Therapist and as ordered by a Physician.
Support daily patient care workflows and documentation as required.
Qualifications
Maintains a current Indiana COTA License
Current BLS certification
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Additional languages desirable
Basic computer knowledge
