Pay Range: $14.30 – $19.00/hr
Referral Bonus: $5,000 for every nurse you refer

Assist residents with daily living activities
Provide hands‑on care and support
Monitor and report changes in condition
Work closely with nurses and care team
Deliver compassionate, resident‑centered care
What We’re Looking For
Active CNA certification (Alabama required)
Long‑term care experience preferred (not required)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dependable and compassionate
