Position
Certified Nursing Assistants (Caregivers)
Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living. You will receive training and support tailored to resident needs based on census and patient acuity. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with meals, showering, toileting, providing companionship, and attending to the various needs of recovering residents.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a nursing home, senior living facility or caregiver role.
Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software systems.
Schedule Options
Full‑Time Rotation: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off
AM (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
PM (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Wages
CNA: $20.00 - $23.53 per hour, DOE
Caregiver: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
