We are seeking a Pediatric Physician for a 140-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting May 4, 2026. This role involves a Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule at an FQHC clinic, focusing on comprehensive pediatric care including behavioral health and chronic disease management. The successful candidate will provide essential services to children in need, ensuring timely chart closure and a high standard of patient care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide specialized pediatric care.
  • Manage behavioral health issues, specifically anxiety, in pediatric patients.
  • Oversee Pediatric Chronic Care Management.
  • Ensure chart closure within 72 hours.
  • See patients within an FQHC clinic setting.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Pediatrics required.
  • EMR System: Epic.
  • Accepts MDs and DOs.
  • Fellowship required.
  • Required immunizations include Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization (within last 10 years).
