Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

A well-established, community-focused healthcare system in the Midwest is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a growing Women's Health program. Position Highlights

• 4-day work week with a balanced mix of OB and GYN
• Shared call schedule (daytime only) - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Robotic surgery (Da Vinci) available
• OR time shared amongst the group
• Established team with strong support staff and low turnover
• Opportunity to help grow and shape the Women's Health service line
• Leadership potential as senior physicians approach retirement

Practice Details

• Approximately 350-360 deliveries annually with strong opportunity for growth as the program expands
• Established practice with consistent volumes and a stable referral base
• Clinic volume:
  • OB: 20+ patients/day
  • GYN: 15-16 patients/day
• Efficient, well-supported clinic flow with 30 min GYN visits and 15 min OB appointments

Exceptional Support & Team Stability:

• Highly experienced, tenured nursing team with very low turnover-creating a collaborative and reliable clinical environment
• Dedicated OB support including triage nurse + float nurse, ensuring smooth patient flow and physician efficiency
• 1:1 support on the GYN side, allowing providers to stay focused on patient care
• APPs maintain their own patient panels, providing additional access and continuity while supporting physician workload

Call & Schedule

• Call: 6 AM - 6 PM (in-house)
• TeamHealth hospitalists cover all nights, weekends, and holidays, allowing for true time off when you're off call

• Physicians are only required to be onsite during call hours, allowing you to live outside of a strict call radius
