Dates of coverage: Starting as soon as August, long term coverage need. Seeking 2-4 weeks per month
Details/Requirements:
Clinic days Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
60% Oncology, 40% Hematology
Average 15-20 patients/day
Must have an active Texas license or IMLC
Board Certification in Hematology preferred but not required
