JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: PA license required or willingness to obtain

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible (dual board preferred)

• Experience: Fellowship required; experience preferred but open to less experienced providers

• Other Qualifications: Ability to supervise APPs; comfortable with outpatient and consultative inpatient workflow



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care

• Manage treatment plans including chemotherapy and immunotherapy

• Support inpatient consults and ER patient care as needed

• Participate in call rotation (nights/weekends)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology team and tumor board

• Maintain accurate documentation
