- Thoracotomy Decortication, Mediastinal Surgery
- Mediastinotomy & Biopsy, Surgical "Open" Aneurysm Repair
- Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery, Mitral Valve Repair
- PREFERRED: General Thoracic Surgery

Requirements:
• Active KY License or willing to obtain
• BC
• Clean record
• BLS
• Impella support (Insertion/Removal/Bailout)
• Structural Heart Support (in Hybrid OR / Cath Lab)
• Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within 30 days)
