MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS RN CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND AN ACTIVE CA LICENSE TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION

MUST HAVE PRIOR CA DIGNITY/COMMONSPIRIT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE OR THEY WILL NOT CONSIDERED Unit Care Coordination (case management) Certs MUST have experience with and proficient at Midas, InterCall, Cerner, Curaspan, and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with discharge planning and utilization review. Minimum of 3 years hospital experience and needs acute level care coordination experience

Work Type: Travel

Pay: $3,090/Week

Location: Sacramento, CA

Title: Registered Nurse Case Manager

Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: Days.

Shift Schedule: 8 hour shifts

Assignment Length: 13 weeks
