We are seeking a Hospice RN (Registered Nurse) for a 13-week assignment in Greenwich, Connecticut. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, experienced nurse who is comfortable working day shifts and providing high-quality end-of-life care in a patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assess patient condition and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support pain and symptom management for patients receiving hospice services
• Educate patients and families on care plans, comfort measures, and disease progression
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Hospice experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
• Must be able to meet all compliance requirements prior to assignment
