Description:

• The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides technical nursing care to Residents within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), working collaboratively with the nursing team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may also assume the role of a charge nurse.

Location: Near Greenville, CA (rural California)

• Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $29.16 - $41.57 per hour

  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

• Job Status: Full-Time, benefited

• Shift Information: Night Shifts are 3, 12-hour shifts

• Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an LVN

  • Current California LVN license

  • Graduate from an accredited LVN program with an associate degree or equivalent

  • Current CPR Certification

• Responsibilities:

  • Organize and supervise shift responsibilities

  • Participate in resident care planning, implementation, and evaluation

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Maintain accurate narcotic records

  • Review medication information for completeness
