Base pay $28-32/hr
$2-5 per elevation performed
10% commission on personal retail sales
$2 bonus per client request
Tips & tiered bonus opportunities
Schedule/Expected work hours
6–9-hour shifts
Full and part-time positions available
Responsibilities
Customize massage services for each guest
Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, Gua Sha, Aromatherapy etc
Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
Qualifications
Current state license to perform massage therapy
Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
Pass background checks
Capable of effectively performing full-body 50‑minute massage services
Thrives in team environments
Excellent at guest communication
Opportunity for growth into a leadership or trainer role for the right candidate.
