Occupational Therapist (OT) – In‑house Program
Acts is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in‑house program within a welcoming, slower‑paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention.
Program Highlights:
Salary with 75% productivity benchmarks
No mandated group treatment
Specialized on‑site training delivered during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs
State‑of‑the‑art rehab gyms and equipment
Opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care – inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services
Clinically driven, patient‑centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans
Positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing
Student loan forgiveness available after 10 years due to our non‑profit status
Job Responsibilities:
Providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. There are exciting opportunities for therapists to grow professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
