Job Summary: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at Bryan Dairy, a premier healthcare provider in Largo, Florida. Job Responsibilities - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
Provide nursing services and conduct thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
