Overview
At HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non‑medical services and companionship to seniors, allowing them to age in place. The role involves working individually with clients in their homes to support daily living activities.
Responsibilities
Provide companionship.
Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
Help with bathing, grooming and toileting.
Assist with ambulation and medication reminders.
Provide transportation for appointments and errands.
Qualifications
6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons preferred.
Exceptional communication skills.
Reliable transportation; driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients.
Physically able to perform care duties.
Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
Pass a criminal background check (national and state‑required).
Pass a drug screen.
