What You’ll Do:
Provide physical therapy treatments to residents under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Support residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence
Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
Familiarity with Net Health strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
Dependable, flexible, and resident‑focused
