Compensation
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience, plus up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Oregon City. As a Physical Therapist, you will lead patient care initiatives and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.

Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans

Perform detailed physical therapy assessments and document patient progress

Implement evidence‑based treatment protocols and rehabilitation programs

Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff

Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Develop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs

Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution

Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license

Valid CPR certification

APTA certification preferred

Proven clinical experience in physical therapy

Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities

Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with insurance documentation and billing procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
