Role Description
This is a full-time on‑site role for a Physical Therapist, based in Queensbury, NY. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop tailored treatment plans for patients, perform therapeutic exercises, and provide hands‑on techniques to aid recovery. The role involves regular patient education on preventative care and wellness, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining thorough documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in physical therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise implementation, and manual therapy
Proficiency in conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
Ability to educate patients on preventative care and wellness strategies
Efficient in maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New York
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and patient interaction
Commitment to patient care and a passion for improving individuals' quality of life
Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent required
Experience in orthopedic or spine therapy is highly preferred
