We are seeking an experienced OASAS Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee clinical staff in delivering OASAS‑regulated substance use disorder treatment services, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practices. This role involves supervising clinical operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring the delivery of effective, client‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to substance use disorder treatment staff in accordance with OASAS guidelines

Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans to meet client needs

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies

Facilitate staff training and professional development activities

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate care

Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a substance use disorder treatment setting regulated by OASAS

Comprehensive knowledge of OASAS regulations and behavioral health best practices

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to foster a positive and supportive clinical environment

Commitment to trauma‑informed and culturally competent care principles

Relevant licensure or certification as required by state regulations
