Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager provides guidance and direction to Crisis Workers/Clinicians, maintains a safe environment for clients and staff, reviews cases, offers programmatic advice, and provides administrative review of case documentation. The Manager follows applicable confidentiality guidelines, including the MH Procedure Act, HIPPA, RHD and APIS Policies.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $73,017.37
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000
Direct Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for day‑to‑day activities of Crisis Workers/Clinicians.
Conduct psycho‑educational, skills training, and supportive crisis counseling to help clients improve coping abilities.
Ensure all operational procedures and regulations are followed.
Assist with training current and new Crisis Workers/Clinicians.
Complete program documentation.
Participate in team leadership and funder support meetings.
Job Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.
Licensed as LMSW or PLPC required; LCSW or LPC preferred.
Knowledge of substance abuse intervention and treatment, case work, case management, family dynamics, and familiarity with psychiatric diagnoses per DSM‑IV.
Minimum two years of Crisis Worker experience, with leadership experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
Valid driver’s license.
