Pay rate:
$22/hr |
2nd Shift
| Nashua, NH
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
What You\'ll Do
Operate CNC machines (no setup required) to produce precision components
Follow work instructions and review specs to understand operational steps
Load raw materials and unload finished parts
Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools, thread gauges, and documentation procedures
Conduct secondary operations like filing, sanding, and drilling as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Alert supervisors to any equipment or safety issues
Cross-train to operate additional CNC machines with proper instruction
Complete all necessary production paperwork
Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
Up to 6 months of CNC or manufacturing experience
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work in a team-based setting.
