Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electro Mechanical Assembler in Dracut, MA. The Electro Mechanical Assembler will perform precision mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, including soldering, using hand and power tools, and assembling electromechanical components. Day-to-day responsibilities may include following detailed schematics, inspecting completed assemblies for quality, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and project specifications.
Qualifications
Experience in Soldering for electronic and electrical components
Proficiency in Mechanical Assembly and working with various components
Skilled in the use of Hand Tools and Power Tools for assembly tasks
Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and assembly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and assembly instructions
Previous experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is advantageous
