Overview
Help people of all ages regain their independence and get back to the activities they love. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients, create customized treatment plans, and guide them through hands-on therapy. You’ll work with everyone—from toddlers to seniors—collaborating with physicians, families, and rehab staff to achieve the best outcomes.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
Guide patients through hands-on occupational therapy interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and rehabilitation staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
Mentor OT assistants and students.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
Engage in ongoing professional development to keep skills current.
Minimum Requirements
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Missouri OT license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate therapy techniques
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
