Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cath Lab, you will be a vital member of a high‑performing team, delivering critical and compassionate care to patients undergoing life‑saving cardiovascular procedures. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment where every action directly impacts patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Expert Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence‑based nursing care to achieve optimal health outcomes for Cath Lab patients, including pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedure care.
Critical Assessment & Intervention: Proficiently assess patient conditions, recognize and adapt to changes (e.g., lab, vitals, test values), and perform timely, clinically appropriate interventions.
Prioritization & Organization: Skillfully organize and prioritize complex patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
Collaborative Communication: Clear communication with physicians and other providers, and ensure a seamless nurse‑to‑nurse handoff at the bedside.
Patient Advocacy & Ethics: Serve as a dedicated advocate for patient needs, demonstrating holistic care practices and upholding high ethical standards in all aspects of practice.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
Registered Nurse (AZ license), upon hire.
Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 days of hire.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) and at least one year of recent acute care experience, upon hire.
Benefits
Pay Range: $35.00 – $58.63 per hour.
Location: Chandler, Arizona.
