" Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.

" Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.

" Follow quality and safety standards.

" Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.

" Comprehend daily cut lists.
"
" Perform additional tasks or projects as directed by the Production Manager.

" Qualifications "

" Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
"
" Excellent problem solving skills, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
"
" Attention to detail and the ability to maintain machinery; prior machine operation experience a plus.

" Preferred: Experience in the woodworking or cabinet making fields (32mm systems).
