Registered Dietitian (Full-Time)

The Role
As our Registered Dietitian, you'll support students and partner with dining teams to create a safe, inclusive dining program. This is more than compliance. It's a chance to directly impact student well‑being.
What You'll Do
Provide one‑on‑one nutrition support, including food allergy guidance
Collaborate on menus and ensure accurate nutrition information
Train staff on allergen safety and best practices
Maintain food allergy policies and procedures
Support menu innovation (vegetarian, vegan, wellness)
Promote healthy eating initiatives across campus
What We're Looking For
Passion for student wellness and nutrition education
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail in food safety and compliance
Required Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
2‑3 years of experience
Experience in nutrition counseling or education
Preferred Qualifications
Higher education or foodservice experience
Knowledge of allergen management and HACCP
Menu development or nutrition analysis experience
Experience training staff and working with diverse populations

Compensation And Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary as part of a total compensation package. Benefits include health care plan options (including HSA), dental insurance, a 13% company match for a 403(b) retirement plan, over six weeks of paid vacation and personal leave, generous sick leave accruals, company‑paid life and AD&D insurance, meal benefits, and more.
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time, on-site with up to one day per week remote work based on operational needs. While primarily daytime, this role may occasionally require evenings and weekends to support key events or operations.
