Description
Under the direction of the PAS supervisor/manager, the Patient Access Representative is responsible for assisting patients during the on‑site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits as well as completing financial clearance functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
3 years of experience within Patient Access or a business office setting, including experience with insurance eligibility systems.
3 years of experience utilizing medical terminology in a job setting and knowledge of medical billing codes.
1 year of experience with Epic Applications.

Pay Range
$15.40 - $23.08 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
