Caregiver/MedTech (Afternoon Shift)

Overview
Senior Living Caregiver/MedTech — Truewood by Merrill, Riverchase is accepting applications to support residents within our community. We are a family-owned company with a long-standing commitment to our team members and residents, focused on dignity and individualism in care.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (chart by exception).
Qualifications
Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
CNA license or two years of previous experience as a caregiver.
Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
Physical Requirements
This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
