Primary Care NP or PA
0.5 FTE for annual compensation of $74,182 ( 0-2 YOE) and $81,402 ( 3+ YOE)
AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over
600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado.
We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory
surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the
opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

• 27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
• 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
• Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care
and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists.
• Large internal referral network and ability to build on existing patient base.
• EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and
practice locations.
Qualifications
• Team Player with patient-first mindset
• Minimum of two Years experience relevant to Family Medicine
• Must have completed undergraduate and master's Level Nursing Programs from an
accredited school of Nursing and passed state boards
• Current, unrestricted full APN license to practice in Colorado
• Current Colorado DEA Licensure
• AANP or ANCC certification, or become certified within 5 years of completion of
Master's Degree
• NCCPA Certification from an accredited PA Program
• Current, unrestricted PA License
• American Heart Association certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
