Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with state and clinic standards
Requirements
Active (or eligible) North Carolina Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Team-oriented, patient-first mindset
