What You\'ll Do

Provide high-quality care to residents
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
Implement and evaluate care interventions
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans
What You\'ll Need

Active LPN License
Graduate from an accredited school in the Licensed Practical Nurse program
New graduates encouraged to apply!
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
