The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic sales executive with a proven track record in driving new business within the staffing and recruitment industry. Key responsibilities include proactively identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and developing go-to-market messaging that effectively articulates the value of full-cycle RPO solutions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, representing the organization at industry events, and contributing to the overall growth strategy.
