Dermatology Physician Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as biopsies and blood work.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with skin conditions, including prescribing medications and performing procedures such as biopsies and excisions.
• Educate patients on proper skin care, sun protection, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in physician assistant studies
• Certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Current state license as a Physician Assistant.
