Day shifts: 7 AM - 5PM
Night shifts: 5PM - 7AM
Call coverage includes night call, weekend call, 24-hour call, and holiday call variations
Estimated credentialing time frame: 30 days

Requirements
NCCPA certification
Active New York state license
BLS and ACLS
Orthopedic surgical experience required; no new graduates
Self-query NPDB report pulled within the same month as submission

Required Procedures / Skills
Total knee replacement
Shoulder replacement
Hip replacement

Assignment Details
Practice setting includes inpatient and operating room
Patient age demographic: 18+
APP works autonomously
Supervising physician present in the OR and available by phone for floor call
Procedures include orthopedic and spine cases
EMR: Epic
