- Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only, Schedule
- will be ideally two providers per day, Tuesday-Friday 7a/7:30a start (Staggered start if two are scheduled), 10 hour shift. OT to apply after 10 hours per day.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Patients are scheduled for 60 minute appointments with 20-30 minutes of that being provider time familiarity. Patient surgery types are varied and include thoracic, vascular, ortho, plastics, and gynecology. Provider reviews all patient history, medications they need to stop before procedure, lab work. Ability to determine barriers to surgery and opportunity for mitigation of barriers as well as referrals to additional specialties such as cardiac or thoracic.
