Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

A healthcare network in Oregon is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their primary care team in Portland.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 32 hours providing clinical care in office
• Setting: 100% outpatient
• Patient population: all ages or adults only, depending on the clinic

Responsibilities:

• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Performing in-office procedures, as needed

Qualifications:

• The completion an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• NP or PA licensure in the state of Oregon
• Great interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and strong attention to detail
