Mayfield Spine Surgery Center is hiring a Full Time PreOp/PAT/PACU/Pain Registered Nurse Manager.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager plans, directs, organizes, coordinates and implements all nursing care services for the PACU / Pain patients in accordance with accepted standards of care. He or she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. The position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings are required.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
BSN preferred.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Active RN license in the state.
ACLS required.
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
